I'd give Yulia Timoshenko my vote as hard as the next red-blooded lover of democracy, but I'm not sure if I approve of her new direction. I think she has a strong enough story arc to carry this political season on her own, without resorting to cheap crossovers:

It must be great to be ruled by politicians with a bit of backstory. Her ex-buddy Yuschenko is a KGB guardsman turned accountant, who gained his special power of fighting hyper-inflation through being struck by lightning, then turned to the dark side after being disfigured by poisonous dioxins. Much like Fawlty Towers, they only ever made 13 episodes, although they don't seem to come up on "Top 100" shows as much for some reason.
